IUD/period/pregnancy

So I have an IUD, the last week I’ve been having stomach cramps and…not diarrhea, more like…mucusy stool? And some slight nausea. At first I was like “oh crap I’m pregnant” cause when I’m pregnant, I don’t get morning sickness, I get morning shitness and it’s usually mucusy. But, I brushed it off cause I have an IUD, I tend to over think and then my husband was complaining of diarrhea. But then yesterday, I went to use the bathroom and a pink…gummy bear looking blob came out, and a long red tail looking thing, and when I wiped it was like pink slime. And after that, nothing else, no bleeding. Now because of my IUD I haven’t gotten a period in 2 years, so I’m not sure about it being a period. So I had my husband check for my IUD and he says he can’t feel it (the doctor left the strings long so we could always check). So he picked me up a pregnancy test, I took it and it’s negative. So I think I’m fine, but the neurotic side of me is thinking “what if I miscarried?” Or idk. Help?
