Anyone else feel like an overly paranoid mom 😭

We recently had to switch babysitters and out new one is 18. There’s nothing wrong with that but I get so paranoid about leaving my babies with her for a long period. I have a ring camera and could see that when she laid my 10 month old down, she fell asleep but he wasn’t and moved around. I had to call my his husband who was close by to make sure he laid down. I’m worried it isn’t going to work out and I will have to quit. We can not find a babysitter or daycares 😭 I’m worried I’m being too paranoid and maybe I should just not check my cameras and worry myself but I also don’t want anything to happen
