I bought an exercise bike as I’m trying to lose a bit of weight (I know diet aswell) however as I’m not used to walking anywhere or doing any exercise my legs hurt after like 5 minutes and I get out of breath so fast. I’m a single mom of 2 so can’t exactly go to the gym.
Does anyone have any work outs and suggestions that will help me get used to the exercise bike?
