This is so different from my first

So, I had miscarriages back to back last year. It’s made me wayyy more anxious this time. I’m 7+5 today and woke up to my boobs not feeling as full or tender. I did have diarrhea yesterday from some probable bad food and wasn’t able to drink enough water or eat enough. Anyone else have similar coming and going if symptoms? I need some reassurance.

So far still no bleeding or uterine cramping. I had some sharper twinges last night near my uterus, but they were brief.
