Breast pain

Hello, I have been having breast pain for a year. I was scheduled a ultrasound in Jan of this yea. They found two cysts on my right boob none in left, however I have still been having pain but the pain is worse and more frequent almost every day now. Some doctors blamed it on hormones fluctuations and because I am in my 20’s but I know better this pain has been too persistent and my boobs have gotten bigger. I am not pregnant or not breast feeding. I went to see my primary doctor a few days ago and the intern and doctor felt both breasts have firmness in them at the Bottom I was very nervous when I heard this they assured me it could be anything and I scheduled a 3D mammogram for august lord be willing. I have visible veins in both breasts that are large. I’m not sure what this could be at all I’m very scared and I don’t want to jump to conclusions. I am only 24. Not sure what to think but I am nervous. Someone please chime in and lmk if u ever experienced the same thing or know someone who has what did they do to relieve pain????
