Need some reassuring

Was giving my 5 month old a bath and while washing his hair he moved and the water went all in his face. I’m not sure but it looked as if he was breathing in at the same time.. he started coughing so took him out Pat him on his back and then finished his bath. He then spit up in little chunks and had 3 red spots on his face (that went away after an hour) I’m just stressed out cause when I searched it up it talked about secondary drowning and my anxious ass is going crazy! He seems fine but was not fussy (but like it does happen once in a while sont sure if it counts as symptoms)
