Do i have a parasite?

I recently went on vacation to Mexico, came back on June26th, and my bowel movements have been terrible. I have not have a solid stool since I came back. Food has been going straight through me. I take about 5+ poops a day. I usually go to Mexico every weekend and have no issue, this time i did go deeper into Mexico than where i usually go. Would this be some type of parasite that i might have gotten? I’ve also been eating pretty bland since I can back and it seems like it hasn’t changed my stool whatsoever. I also haven’t lost any weight.
