My kids father is homeless & jeapordizing where I live at .. help

My kids father has been sleeping next door in my apartment complex in an abandoned building & I want to put a stop to it but I have no idea how.

He has no where to go besides a warehouse and keeps sleeping in my complex Where ppl moved out from & he’s in the rooms on the floor like a whole entire bum & it’s sickening to me.

He’s not taking care of our 1 year old Helpin at all it’s me and my daughter doing the most work & im currently 9 &1/2 months pregnant. He manages to get high every night & doesnt really help at all far as with the house or the baby…

The other day he mentioned that he cleaned off the table and how he doesn’t even do that much as if my four year old couldn’t have did that…

He’s really lousy and I just want some type of justice served, I know I can ignore it but it’s still in the complex where I live & still links to me because he will still come over here and people are watching him in and out of that other apartment, even one girl came & confronted me because it’s where she moved out of and she was hearing that someone was in there so she came and confronted me about the situation but I told her to go to maintenance… I jus can’t wait to move…

He’s embarrassing me and threatening me and my kids well-being what do I do?

He also works and has a full-time job. But he doesn’t help take care of his child and he is wandering off daily wanting to get high and drunk every day so he can’t stay here and just sleep sleep while me and my kids do all the work.

I’ve emailed management multiple times the whole property management is full shit and it’s outta my hands at this point

I called The police yesterday and he hopped out of the window…

They said the manager will have to be the one to put the papers on him or to file a misdemeanor for trespassing but she is never here and doesn’t give a damn about the complex…

I’m about to have my baby in two weeks and just so stressed out behind this.. I just told her it was an intruder sleeping in multiple apartments in the complex but it’s really him finding whichever one is open…

I don’t want to give her more information because I will be accountable considering he is my kids father..
