Even after he blamed me for him not reaching out sooner (my baby is 6.5 months old now- he literally lives a few roads away from me- I guess the dating scene wasn’t working fast enough for him) but I almost gave into his half effort apology, and worked things out, but I keep thinking how he mistreated me and my son Oliver (he is 4 and he is autistic) and how impulsive he was. I can’t handle someone mistreating my kids because the way are mad at me. What if I meet “the one” and he gets jealous and hurts the baby?

He also lied about the lottery tickets. He bought several more after I told him to stop and pay the mortgage. He was behind $4,000. The payments were around $700 a month. I offered to help pay more but he refused because I bought the food.

I called legal aid and the secretary there said to not let him have any visitation without it being court ordered, that he could take off with the baby. Plus, he is clearly not wanting to pay child support. It’s 25% flat rate where I am and that’s a lot of money. I don’t want it if he’s not involved. He didn’t start talking to me until I created an account on a dating website. I came across his and got off the app. He put on there that he had no kids, wanted to find a wife. Then I got back on there after he sent the letter reaching out and he completely changed it to “broken beyond repair” that he has kids but undecided if he wants them. He’s using my child for sympathy and selfish reasons. 😡😤

He also said in his messages that “I’m not threatening you, that is not my intentions” 🤨

He also tried to sleep with me not once, not twice, but three times WHILE MY SON was laying next to me. I told him not to do that, and the second time, he messaged me saying he wasn’t comfortable, yet after he said that he tried it again. I started sleeping on the couch until I was able to get an apartment and move out.

Both my children are happy. My oldest is WAY more happier since moving out. They both have positive male role models in their life and are very smart. My gut feeling is telling me to keep them safe away from him.
