Not pumping enough
My baby is only 6 weeks old. I’ve been EP for 4 weeks. I used to be able to get 2 oz from each breast so a total of 4 oz per session. Now I’m lucky if I can get 2.5 oz total per session. What gives? I haven’t changed anything about diet or water intake but I had to start supplementing with formula because I don’t make enough to feed my baby!! 😢 what do I do?
