In need of help!

I was doing great breastfeeding and pumping. Had a couple of clogged ducts, but used a supplement from legendary milk. It was amazing at clearing it up same day!!!!! I noticed they sold other products for increasing supply. I bought cash cow, a product to help with milk supply and it literally dried me up almost completely. I barely get a half ounce collectively from both. Is there any saving this? Has anyone had this problem and successfully managed to restore their supply?
