Period OR Strange Bleeding Again?? Help 😩🥺

thoughts needed as my mental health is going down the drain.. health anxiety/hypochondriac here… all I can think is the worst 🥺

1.5 year ago was the last time i had an abnormal period before this last month.

Last month, my period was normal, just like every cycle…

After it stopped, 1 week later I started bleeding again. Heavy. Clotting. Went to Obgyn, they did blood work & transvaginal ultrasound. Everything came back normal. She gave me Progesterone pills to stop the bleeding. I stopped bleeding 1 day after taking the progesterone. Took the pills for about 6 days.

5ish days after I stopped taking the progesterone, I started bleeding again. It stopped about 4 days later. I thought it was Withdrawl bleeding from the progesterone.

This happened to me 1.5 years ago, that was the first time this ever happened to me. I’ve been normal ever since. But when this happened to me 1.5 year ago, it was much worse. I bled for about 1 month extremely heavy the WHOLE time until I found this Obgyn. She gave me the progesterone (1.5 year ago) and told me after it stopped, I can expect a withdrawl bleed… 1.5 year ago, the withdrawl bleed never happened…

So about 2ish weeks ago when I started bleeding again, I just gave my body the benefit of the doubt and assumed it to be a withdrawl bleed. It lasted for 4 days then stopped.

So… i just started bleeding again, 1 hour ago. It’s been about 8-10 days since what I assume to be that withdrawl bleed stopping.

If I never experienced the abnormal bleeding this month after my period stopped 1 month ago, this would be the approximate time that I would be expecting my period to show up.

But since I’ve been bleeding on and off every 1.5 - 2 weeks since my period stopped, I don’t know if I should be expecting my period now (since my last period stopped a month ago, it’s time) OR… if since I stopped abnormally bleeding a couple of weeks ago, I should not be expecting my period for another 2 to 3 weeks. I don’t know if this is a period or abnormal bleeding again!!

Any hormonal/period experts in here?? Or if you’ve experienced anything similar and can give any thoughts???

My Obgyn told me everything came back normal which is amazing news, but frustrating, since she can’t tell me the reason why this happened.

I just turned 34 so too young for perimenopause… not vaccinated so that can’t be it… I did have COVID back in May but idk if that would cause this…

I did make an appt with an endocrinologist for next week, for a 2nd opinion and maybe can check on hormones some more… I need answers…

Gosh, I just hope this is a period and not strange unexplained bleeding again 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Could this be a Period or would you expect it 1 month from when I stopped the (I think) withdrawl bleed??
