Are prenatal classes worth the investment?

Hey there, fellow mamas! Prenatal classes can be quite expensive, and I'm trying to decide if they are worth the investment. Did you find the classes valuable enough to justify the cost? Did they have a significant impact on your pregnancy and labor experience? I'd love to hear your opinions!

I took a hypno birthing class in my area with my first. It was all virtual being that it was 2020, but she did prepare me for my choices. I think if you do enough reading and research you can get the same information but my teacher was a doula so she definitely was pro-advocacy and that was helpful to me. Also the cost wasn't extreme either. I think there were a couple of free options at birthing centers too.
