I need prayer, possibly about to miscarry

Today was supposed to be joyful. I went in for an ultrasound today. According to the first day of my last cycle, I should be 8 weeks and 4 days. My ultrasound measures 6 weeks 1 day with no detectable heart beat, just the yolk sac. They want to see me in a week to see if anything has changed. My husband and I had planned on telling our kids (who are 5 and 3) that they are going to have a younger brother or sister, and we planned on letting other family and friends know shortly after. But the doctor told me and my husband that things don’t look good considering how far along I should be, and there are other red flags too.

I would appreciate any prayers. I’ve had a miscarriage before and I don’t want to go through it again, which is partly why we wanted to wait until after seeing our first ultrasound before letting people know I’m pregnant. I appreciate the time anyone has set aside to read this.
