Has anyone seen sound of freedom? I have a question about it

So I have emetophobia (fear of vomit) so if someone vomits I’ll either throw up or pass out or both. So I don’t watch movies unless I know it doesn’t have that for sure. Or I at least need to know what part it’s a so I can prepare to plug my ears and close my eyes. Does anyone vomit in this movie? If so could you please describe the scenes leading up to it so I know when to expect it?
