Husband throws me under the bus ALL THE TIME!

I need to vent. My husband constantly makes me the bad guy and acts like he's the lenient parent when in reality he just doesn't want to tell our kids no and rather they hate me instead of him. For example, last night my son asked if he could go walk downtown to see his friends because our car is down. His dad told him to ask me. I said no. He said why and I said because you're 15 and it's dark and you aren't walking 20 minutes there and back DOWNTOWN! My husband said well it's not like he's a girl. I said that doesn't matter and he said sorry sport. I would have let you go but mom makes the rules. Like seriously? He does this shit all the time. I have to be the bad guy who says no. He gets to be the good parent who's lenient and never says no
