Pelvic pain

Has anyone experience pelvic pain with sudden movement? I’m not pregnant but for at least 11 days I have been having pelvic pain when I move but not all the time and never with the same movement, it feels like a sharp pain (very similar to the ovulation one if you ever had it), the doctor said that it was and ovarian cysts and they actually take it out 6 days ago but even with the surgery the pain has yet to go away. I’m staring to worry it was something else and that the surgery was for nothing.
