Spotting for a week! 9 weeks pregnant

I started spotting last saturday and didn’t know what to think of it so went to the ER. They did ultrasounds and other tests and everything came back normal, Thank God! They said the bleeding seems to be coming from the cervix and didn’t have a reason for it. I had my ob appt on Tuesday and he said he didn’t see any blood in the cervix. However, after the visit I started spotting again and am still spotting very little everyday day. It’s Friday now.. so almost a week!

Has anyone else experienced this?
