Aches and pains

Can we just take a minute to talk about some aches and pains we’re experiencing. I’m 4 weeks 3 days today, I’ve got some aches and pains nothing major I wouldn’t say like contraction type feelings (this is my second pregnancy) more like dull aches, pulling feelings & stretching is that makes sense? Anyone else feeling the same? Also ergh I’ve had gas & trapped gas which I suppose isn’t helping any situation down there. Should I be concerned? Would you be concerned? I don’t remember this feeling with my daughter, but I know second pregnancy you feel it all more (so I’ve heard & read) I haven’t got a midwife yet and don’t want to call the dr and feel like I’m wasting an appointment, I know I shouldn’t feel like that but I do. Help a mumma out!
