My future BIL doesn't like me because I'm female (accidentally deleted)

I tried to reply in my post/edit but I accidentally deleted it. I am going to try to run through a shorter version because I'm not typing all that again. My BIL is 17 almost 18. He lives with my fiancè. Never got the feeling he liked me. I asked did he hate me. He he doesnt hate me he just doesn't like me said he doesn't like most women or people because women can get away with having sex with him if he's unconscious from a concussion because he's a boy and he's age of consent and they can abuse their kids and get them back because kids need their moms. I said I'm not like that. I don't hurt people. He said he only hates women a little more than everyone else because femalea hurt him but everyone failed him except his brother and that I dont need to worry about it because he dislikes most people. My fiancè says he's working on getting his Medicaid taken care of so he can get therapy. My whole things was I want us to all get along and I don't want him to hate me.
