Is this a UTI or a sign of something else?
I don't know where else to go to get an opinion on this. Iv only had maybe 2 utis before and they were in middle school. I'm 16 now. I had a pretty bad uti a couple weeks ago. It started off normal and i figured i could solve it on my own since i caught it pretty early. Drank a ton of water, frequently went to the bathroom and stuff. It kept getting worse though. Eventually i was laying down and my lower back started hurting, not upper. I read that that was pretty standard for a uti. I had the urge to go again so i went to the bathroom. I looked down and noticed there was blood in my urine. I knew that wasn't a good thing but i just convinced myself that it was fine. I got extremely nauseous. Worst nausea iv ever had. I finished going to the bathroom and figured i was about to puke. I got extremely dizzy and stood up trying to kneel infront of the toilet. I ended up passing out. I have never passed out before. I have anemia so i get dizzy but iv never passed out. I came to on the floor completely confused. Hearing was muffled and i was extremely dizzy. It was really hard to breathe. I made it to my bed and layed down. I eventually made my way to my mother but she was so dazed because it was like 2 am that she wasn't much help. She ended up giving me some antibiotics for the uti and a bottle of water. I started to feel better and the next day the uti seemed to have gone away. But now it's a couple weeks later. And i have another UTI. I have blood in my urine and it's almost everytime i got to the bathroom. I seriously do not want to have to go to the doctor, but i know i really should. Does anyone know what this could be??? Iv never had back to back utis like this. I don't use any sort of scented soap down there and i'm not sexually active. I don't know why this is happening.
