Genitalia herpes

Hello. I have sores below the vaginal opening. This started last Wednesday and it now Monday. They started red with the white too and now are just red. Are they scabbing? Also, I’d like suggestions on home remedies. I can’t go to the doc right now because no money so I want to try at home remedies for the pain. I’ve been washing it with warm water and air drying. I’ve also been having a lot of clear vagibal discharge which burns them. Has anyone experienced a fever and fatigue with an outbreak? I’ve been feeling super sick.
