pls help.

okay so last night i was mastrubating like usual with my hairbrush and i’m supposed to start my period in 12 days. i just got a new brush with a thicker and longer handle and i was going a little deeper faster and harder then usual. i pulled it out and there was blood all over it. i put a pad and tampon on assuming i started my period. i wake up today and there is absolutely nothing on my pad or tampon. i went through 3 tampons today and none of them had blood on them. my friend told me i bled because i popped my hymen. can someone tell me what happened?
