What is this?

So my 2 month old got vaccinated on Monday. And on Tuesday the bandaid fell off. This is what I found under the bandaid! Is she allergic to the glue from the bandaid or is this an allergic reaction to the vaccine? Should I call her pediatrician? It doesnt seem to be bothering her at all

Looks like a localized reaction. Nothing to be worried about especially if it's not bothering her. Sometimes the area gets red like that a day or two after shots but it goes away. The only thing I would do is just keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't get bigger. But otherwise it should be fine. If it feels like a hard lump you can massage the area. My daughter is 4.5 and her legs look like this or similar after shots
