Please help :( sitting

Anyone else’s baby too hyper and wiggly to practice sitting up. I feel like this is really an issue because we are hardly making progress. I can’t get her to stop moving enough to practice sitting with her, she’s seven and a half months and we’ve only successfully had her sit like 5 times.

Longest she’s ever sat unassisted was last Saturday and that was about 5-7 minutes. I’m so scared because I feel like she’s extremely behind.

She can roll like a champ, rotate, and she is working on learning how to crawl.

Is this normal? Kinda freaking out here, I want my baby to be able to sit, it’s not easy either seeing my friends baby who is 8 months literally sitting for like 19 minutes at a time so straight.
