Labia fills with fluid

Hi y’all!

Curious to know if anyone one else here has this problem.

My right labia fills up with fluid every time I have any pressure down there or during sexual activity. It’s almost like a water balloon. It doesn’t necessarily hurt, but it is very uncomfortable. I have seen MANY doctors about it, done many tests, and no one seems to have any answers for me. This has been going on for around 6 years or so now and I’m getting very frustrated with it
