Baby on the loose!

My baby is 8mo and she is already standing with the help of the furniture, she doesn’t want to play sitting down anymore, all she wants to do is climb everywhere, but she keeps falling down and bumping her head or bottom, I stay near her and try to catch her as much as I can but sometimes I’m not close.

Any advice? I don’t want her to be hitting herself all the time, I know it’s normal for babies as they are learning but it can’t be that good can it?
