Cramp-like pain??

Hi! So I’ve been having sex with my ex (I know 😓) and lately afterwards my have a pain in my vagina, like inside? Not a sore feeling but more like he hit something wrong idk but it resembles a cramp almost. This time I did notice it started to hurt while we were having sex so maybe it’s the position? I’m not sure.. any opinions?? Any thoughts accepted, thanks in advance!!!
