Hcg levels

5 weeks today according to Glow. Had an mmc in april, at 8 weeks. This time, for some reason ( and for the first time ever ), i tested in the middle of the day, one week before my period was due and got my bfp. Did an hcg test on the 6th of august - 258mIU/ml and another one on the 9th - 1225mIU/ml. This means it increased around 4x within 3 days. Has anyone had this? Is it a good sign? I know i am too stressed and question everything now but we suffered so much when we lost our 👼 in april. Am i crazy for thinking about doing yet another hcg test?
