2nd time mommas, changes in breast?

I have one 3 year old who I didn't not find out I was pregnant until I was 10 weeks along, my hpt's kept coming back negative for the first 9 weeks. I had a miscarriage back in February of 2023 at 6 weeks which I was shocked to even find out I was pregnant to begin with. I'm now 2 days late for my period and my tests are coming back negative. Just a question for anyone who has breastfed previously, in early pregnancy did you feel like you were beginning to lactate again? Meaning the heaviness, sides of breasts like during engorgement, and hotter than normal to the touch?
