Need advice. 7Weeks pregnant today

7 weeks, I have been spotting since 6 weeks. Saw OB a week ago and said it was normal since ultrasound saw a heart beat, hcg levels were rising as well. I’m just so frustrating of these on and off spotting. Anyone experiencing this?!
