uti problems
i keep getting utis no matter what i do however i always respond very badly to antibiotics to the point it’s not an option, i drink a lot of cranberry supplements and i always try to take care of myself and pee when needed etc. is there anything else i could do to prevent this, i’ve been looking into medications however can’t find anything proven to help
