Does this look like an STD?

My tongue has been bothering me for almost a month it’s very itchy. I’m going to urgent care today to get it checked out. I haven’t eaten anything new or out of the norm I also have no allergies. I have HSV1 but it has never appeared anywhere but on my lip and it hasn’t done that in years. I’m nervous because me and my fiancé had a fight on July 10th and I stayed at my moms until July 13th. On july 23rd I noticed these and they had stopped bothering me for a few days then it did again. I’m really nervous and my brain is automatically making me think he stepped out on me and gave me something. We do not have a history of anything like that he’s never given me a reason not to trust him but I’m 4 months postpartum and just very anxious and nervous and assuming the worst.
