Ovarian cyst

I have an appointment on the 15th just wanted opinions a over a year ago I went to my ob about cramping not period cramps or ovulation just cramping even between periods not horrible but aggravating and uncomfortable he said I had two cyst not even the size of a quarter could that be the cause ? Because he really didn’t tell me much but now I’m having the same issue and don’t know what to think
