Allergies for months?

I have had a clear runny nose, sometimes stuffy nose, clogged right ear, and mucus in my throat for over a month now. Is this allergies? What can I do to help? I’m so over this.

Try different allergy medication and consult your doctor perhaps to get tested for what exactly.

Have you tried taking allergy meds…? I take Claritin and I also use Flonase nasal spray! Works great

Sounds like it.  My seasonal allergies have become year round as I’ve gotten older.  Take an otc allergy pill daily, use a saline rinse or spray in your nose, then wait a few minutes and follow with an otc nasal spray.
