Nuva ring am i doing it right?
Ive been on the nuva ring for six years an havent had a problem with it but i can help to think im using it wrong every time i take it out for a week. I put a new one in the 30th of july i take it out for a week on the 20th and put a new one in the 26th. Is this right?
