Hi mamas! I'm a little worried about the swelling in my hands and feet. Is this a normal part of pregnancy? Hearing about your experiences would really put my mind at ease. Let's chat!

You have an increase in your blood volume and heart rate yet digestion slows down. A lot of salt can be stored and cause swelling. Also just postioning and such can also lead to swelling. To be safe id.xontact your doctor to make sure everything is ok. I have swelling just as you do but i sidi have a few different reasons for it.
