Nexplanon and bleeding

Hey so I started Nexplanon a year ago and I’ve been bleeding a lot like almost everyday. Even when the bleeding slows up and turns into that dark “bbq sauce” 😭 it goes back to being light red. It’s like a constant period but I don’t bleed enough to fill up a pad or to use a tampon. I don’t want to take it out cuz getting it in sucked. I just wanna know if anyone else had this problem. I’m gonna go in soon to get it checked out, I just work a lot.

Also, the day or two after I have sex, I bleed like o started my period.

Any idea why this might be happening?
