UTI, early pregnancy or what? 😨

So this past week I’ve been dealing with abdominal pains, blood in my urine, and brownish discharge. It doesn’t necessarily hurt to pee, but it is cloudy and when I wipe there’s a brownish discharge on the toilet paper. It started out as pinkish discharge which was accompanied by blood in my urine. The blood has went away but I’m still left with the pain and discharge. My period was supposed to start 2 days ago, but still hasn’t came around. I did have unprotected “sex” around August 7th, but there was no penetration, but we did mess around so something could’ve happened? It could also be a UTI that I have read. I don’t think it’s implantation bleeding due to the fact it’s been going on for about a week now. I’m just curious to see if this has happened to anyone else? I’m concerned and will be making an appointment and updating.
