Mild cramping w/ light brown blood

I recently found out I was pregnant. According to the app I’m around 4w1d. Last night I noticed light colored brown blood when I wiped so I put on a pad thinking I was miscarrying. Nothing on the pad this morning. However when I wiped today again, a bit of the same light brown blood was there.

Has anybody experienced this and NOT had it be a miscarriage? I have my doctors appointment tomorrow.

EDIT: I’ve had early losses before and the blood was bright red and the cramps were much more painful
