Pregnant

I’m just over 5 weeks pregnant I done multiple tests but I started spotting like a reddy brown colour not really when I wipe only sometimes just seems to be a little bit on my underwear but not enough for a pad. I’ve got a hospital booked at early pregnancy next Wednesday I know it could be where the egg is I’mplating this wll be baby number 4 but just worried I’m miscarrying. I didn’t have this with the others just wanted to see if anyone else had the same thing and carried on to a normal pregnancy. I did another test today and it’s still positive and the line is stronger then the other one where
