Am I overthinking too much?

I went to the guy I’m currently talking to or dating atm house while on my period l. I got a sense that he was a-bit thrown off that I came over while bleeding— we just laid in bed watched a movie and went to sleep he told me to contact him when I got home I didn’t text him until I got off work the next day and he didn’t respond. Did he ghost me? Or I’m overthinking the situation too much? I like him but he has never not text me back so I’m quite confused on what’s going on here….. feeling sad inside.
