I need opinions please
So I’ve been on the pill since I was 15. I like that it prevents pregnancy but I cannot stand the side effects of the pill. And I really want to come off of the pill but I still want to be cautious and I want my normal cycle back, so I was wounding if it’s better to stay off or is the a better birth control with no hormones
