33 weeks pregnant problem's

Hello, this is ny secpnd pregnancy, but i am experiencing a lot more issues this far along than when i had my son 5 years ago. All today i have had on and off back pain, had terrible heartburn, been going to wee every hour and been feeling nauseous on and off. I have got gestation diabetes, baby is still moving lots and i have been having my normal braxton hicks during the day. Has anybody else experienced this? I just feel a little lost, not normally feeling this much heartburn abd back pain at once!!
