Negative test but have pregnancy symptoms

I’ve taken a couple at home test and they are negative but I have a bunch of pregnancy symptoms. Morning sickness is one that sucks a lot, constantly tired, dizzy, peeing a lot, bloated, boobs are growing, I look like I’m at least 2-3 months along. I missed my period and scheduled an appt with my ob but I won’t see him till the 21st of September so I was wondering if this is normal or something????
