Cyst help

Can anyone help interpret the below ultrasound findings? My doctor did call and explain but I guess I was in shock and forgot to ask questions? She explained I have cysts lining the area behind my uterus (also known as culdesac, the area between the rectum and uterus). From the results below I interpret that they are most likely non cancerous. What does the cysts mean? Are they harmful? She said we could do a repeat ultrasound in several weeks or we could go do an exploratory surgery. I opted for the repeat ultrasound and it’s scheduled for November but that’s a long time for my mind to wonder
