Baby very fussy and cries while farting

My baby is 7 weeks old today. Since she was about 3 weeks old, she stopped pooping everyday . She has been passing a lot of gas since then and cried every time she passes as though she is in pain . We suspected that it could because of my diet and we eliminated all gas causing foods . But even with most threadbare diet ,she is still farting and crying . Could this be because of her not pooping everyday ? Could it be because of something else in my diet ? Also , are farts painful to babies ? We also tried Simethicone drops but it didn’t help . Should I try something else in my diet ? Should I give the baby probiotics? Any help would be greatly appreciated . She also wakes herself up and gets off the breast while farting .
