Has anyone tried Silverettes for sore nips? How do they handle leaking?

I always have reusable breast pads in but I’m wondering what would happen with using silverettes instead.

Yes! Used them with my second baby. By day 2 of nursing my baby who had a lip and tongue tie, my nipples were extremely chapped and on the verge of bleeding. We had his ties revised and I wore my silverettes from day 2 and on. By just day 3 they were significantly better and by day 5 I’d say were close to, if not 100% healed. I’m due with my 3rd in February and will absolutely use my silverettes again!!

Im going to wear both this time around. One.of my good friends used.them and she said in ther 10 months of breastfeeding she never.had.one issue.with.sore.nipples. i bought.them this.time around and will be bringing.them to the hospital with me.
