I’m scared, nervous, anxious upon waiting to see if I’m pregnant

I’m scared, nervous, and anxious upon waiting to see if I’m pregnant. Two days after intercourse on my ovulation date, I’ve been fatigued, gassy, bloated . Then I also felt a small twinge/pulling feeling in my lower stomach the same day. And then two days after, I experienced lower back cramping and sensitive boobs. I’ve also had clear and white discharge the day after intercourse, so I’m wondering…oh, and today which is now day 7 dpo I’ve felt slight tightness in my lower stomach followed by a slightly sharp pain in my stomach.
