How to lighten dark arm pits and get rid of?

Skin tags. I have really dark arm pits and I hate them. I also have huge skin tags under my arm pits and they rub on my shirts they start hurting bad. Does anyone have products that work for dark pits and anything that can help me get rid of the skin tags?
